Referral service

Water Restoration New York is a free referral service, not a restoration contractor. When you call, you are connected with an independent, locally operating water damage restoration company that serves your area. That company inspects the damage, gives you its own estimate, and does the work. We may be paid for connecting you.

Restoration companies are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their services, estimates, pricing, licensing, insurance, conduct and warranties. Any agreement for work is between you and that company.

Information on this site

Content on this site is general information. It is not a quote, and it is not legal, insurance, financial, medical or engineering advice. Cost ranges are rough estimates. Rules and policies change, and your own insurance policy and local rules govern your situation.

No warranties

The site and referral service are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee availability, response times or the work of any restoration company.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the referral service, or from work performed by any restoration company.
